We invite you to apply to the Craft Show of the 31st annual Takoma Park Folk Festival, which will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2008, at the Takoma Park Middle School, in Takoma Park, Maryland. The show attracts an estimated 6,000 attendees. This show offers an excellent opportunity to display and market your craft in a well-attended, juried exhibition. In addition to high-quality crafts, there are seven stages of music and dance, family activities, and a mouth-watering array of international foods. If you would like to participate, please review the Craft Show Information Sheet and fill out the Application Form. All applications must be submitted by June 1. You will be notified by mail approximately July 15 as to whether or not you are selected for inclusion in the show. Set-up information, booth assignments, and parking passes will be mailed in late August. NEW THIS YEAR: All applicants (new and returning) are required to submit digital images on a CD. Slides will no longer be accepted. Please see the Craft Show Information Sheets for further details.
